How does the payment transaction works?

• We use Google Checkout for credit purchasers. It’s absolutely safe, even to the extent that we will not even know your credit card details.

• We use a credit system instead of pay per project. We do this as it's a lot easier for us to offer discounts, incentives and refunds.

I want to know more about the writers.
First of all, you can learn about the writers at “Our Writers” page. Also, after you post a project, your project will be applied by a writer who has a good grasp on the topic that you posted your project on. During the course of the project, you can contact the writer via our PM system. This way you can keep track of the status of your project.

I have a request, how long until I can expect the project to be submitted?
After you have posted your project, it will be applied by a writer and once the writer completes the project, our proofreaders will check for errors and run through copyscape to ensure originality of the content. However, the minimum time required to submit one page of 500 words is 24 hours.
NOTE: If our workload is anything other than normal, you will be notified about the time frames and deadlines at the time you post your project.

The content did not meet my requirements.
We take every care to make sure that all the articles, ebooks, reviews, sales letters etc meet your requirements. If in any case they fail to do so, please feel free to lodge a complaint and your request will be taken care of, at no extra cost. Also remember, you can always communicate with the writers through our PM system.  Our writers are usually more than happy to make reasonable adjustments as needed.

No writer has requested my project.
This happens usually when the project details posted are vague and not attractive. We do have writers from all fields and walks of life, so feel free and post as much details / examples as you can.  Just understand some requests do take a little longer to be applied for.

Can I post or ask for contact information?
We don’t allow our writers contacting you directly for a number of reasons. But that doesn't prevent you from communicating with the writer who is handling your project. With the access to the PM system, you will not feel the need to exchange contact information. However, you may post the website you are working on so that the authors can see what your site is all about.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes, you have 5 days to claim a refund, if and only if, the content submitted to you fails to meet your requirements as per the project description, even after taking care of the project complaint.  We would request you to let us know in detail what led you to claim a refund. This is required to enable us improve our services, so that we have happy and repeat clients!
