I want to know more about the writers.
You can learn about our writers at the bottom of the Publishers page. After you post your project, a writer with a good grasp on your topic will apply to the freelance-writers.net Administrator and be assigned your work. During the course of the project, you may contact your writer via the Administrator.
How long will it take to get my article?
After posting your project, it will be assigned promptly to a writer. Once the writer completes your project, our proofreaders will check for errors and run it through Copyscape Plagiarism Checker to ensure originality of content. A 500-word project will be turned round in 2–3 days, and often within 24 hours.
NOTE: If we're experiencing a higher-than-normal workload, you'll be notified about our time frames and deadline restrictions at the time you post your project.
The content did not meet my requirements.
We take every care to make sure that all articles, ebooks, reviews, sales letters, etc., meet your requirements. If in any case they fail to do so, just contact the Administrator and we'll promptly take care of your problem, at no extra cost. Also, remember that you can always communicate with your writer through the Administrator. Our writers will be more than happy to make reasonable adjustments, as needed.
No writer has requested my project.
This happens rarely, but usually only when the posted project details are vague or unclear. Be sure to post as many details or examples as you can. Just understand that some requests may take a little longer to be selected.
Can I post or ask for contact information?
We don't allow direct contact with our writers for a number of reasons, but that doesn't prevent you from communicating with them through our Administrator. You'll not need to exchange contact information, but you're free to post the website address for which we're doing work so that your writer can see what your site is all about.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, you have 5 days to claim a refund, if and only if, 1) our content fails to meet your requirements as posted and 2) after our Administrator has followed up on your initial complaint. When requesting a refund, be sure to let us know in detail what led you to make a claim. This will enable us improve our services, so that we retain happy and repeat clients!
